I would recommend Joe to anyone buying or selling real estate in Coastal Carolina. He handled a sale for me that had some unexpected wrinkles which he handled perfectly. Joe and his team were professionals throughout, kept me in the loop and provided excellent advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is my second time working with Joe Powers and both times were were great experiences. He is very knowledgeable about the area as well as finding you the best deal for your financial situation. Being military, there's a chance we will come back to the area again and if so, we won't be using anyone else.

We highly recommend Joe!! He is very experienced, knows his areas well, understands the market and is very patient. He does not rush you into a sale. He does not drop you if you do not buy something on your first time out. He wants you to purchase what you want. We spent a lot of time with Joe and it is always easy. We are never rushed, he understands what we were trying to accomplish and strives to provide the best service possible. We would not hesitate to use Joe again in the future!!!

Joe was wonderful to work with! He has extensive knowledge of the area, particularly in terms of flood zones and beach erosion areas. He listened to our needs and was able to match us with the perfect property. I would highly recommend him!

Joe navigated us deftly through the beach house selling experience and met our goals and objectives. He and Dena took care of all the details and kept us informed. He also advised a couple of times to stand firm when we were thinking of wavering. Made the whole process very easy for us. Thanks Joe!
